Gas Training Institute

The employees skill and education are major strengths of Sui Southern Gas Company and it places a great deal of emphasis on keeping the skill and attitude of the employees current and responsive to the fast changing business realities in its quest to be a globally respected producer of natural gas.

The project consist of classrooms, syndicate room, computer lab, library, audio/video library, conference room meeting room, dining hall, auditorium, basic engineering workshop, telecom/ scada/ electronic lab, transmission workshop, demonstration room, cathodic protection lab, instrumentation, HSE, electrical shop and welding yard.

University of Balochistan :

The master planning phase established a comprehensive framework of new campus by addressing four key components:

Community and context – analyzed the contextual setting and identified objectives for physical out reach and community interaction, thereby emulating the underlying principles of a liberal arts education.

The master plan – provides a strategy and physical plan for the initial move and anticipates the evolution of the site based on a core campus that is comprised of compactly grouped buildings oriented along a central spine with interconnected courtyard and plazas.

Architectural design Principles – established the expression and character of the new campus and strategies for controlled and appropriate diversity and unity of building forms and spaces.

Environment Optimization – identified responses to solar orientation, use of materials and passive system that will position the university as on environmental leader within the geographic region and peer institutions.
